ONLINE SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This website, including its Online Store, is the sole property of Manobras Férteis – Produção e Consultoria, Lda (Couto-Mixto), with registered offices at Rua Dom António Barroso, nº 115/117, Unit I, ground floor, Parish: Barcelos, V.Boa, V.Frescainha, 4750-258 Barcelos, Portugal. The company’s VAT number is 515963933 and it is registered with the Porto Commercial Registry. Its activity involves the production and sale of beverages. Purchasing any product from this Online Store implies full acceptance of these Online Sales Terms and Conditions.

  2. All alcoholic beverages available for sale in this Online Store may only be purchased by individuals of legal drinking age in their country of residence. If in doubt, please contact us.

  3. The alcoholic beverages available for sale in this Online Store may contain sulfites.

  4. Couto-Mixto reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, any information or commercial offer presented on: products, prices, commercial terms, and services. The product images displayed may differ from the product delivered, and all items are subject to stock availability.

  5. Couto-Mixto may offer promotions in its Online Store, including through vouchers, which cannot be combined with one another.

  6. Despite Couto-Mixto’s best efforts, some products may have incorrect prices. As such, all prices are verified when processing orders. Therefore, prices shown on the Online Store are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. If the actual price is lower than advertised, Couto-Mixto will refund the difference. If the actual price is higher, Couto-Mixto will contact the Customer by email and await confirmation to proceed or cancel the order within 72 hours of the email being sent.

  7. In accordance with Portuguese law, all prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT rates. The current VAT rates are 13% for wines and 23% for Port, Moscatel, Cava, and Champagne.

  8. Couto-Mixto offers the following payment methods in its Online Store: Multibanco Reference, Credit Card, and PayPal.

  9. If an order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, the Customer will be contacted immediately by our Customer Support team to find the best possible solution. Orders are only processed after confirmation of payment. An order alone does not reserve the products.

  10. Shipping costs are added to the prices shown, with a flat rate of €5 for deliveries within mainland Portugal. Shipping is free for orders over €90 within mainland Portugal. For deliveries outside mainland Portugal (including to Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Sweden), a shipping fee of €30 applies.

  11. In general, orders are delivered within 10 business days in mainland Portugal. Delivery times may be longer during exceptional periods of high demand.

  12. All orders placed in Couto-Mixto’s Online Store must be paid within 48 hours. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  13. All products shipped by Couto-Mixto must be inspected upon delivery. If the order appears damaged, it must be immediately returned to the carrier, with the reason clearly stated on the delivery note, and Couto-Mixto must be notified immediately.

  14. Couto-Mixto recognises the Customer’s right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14 and Decree-Law no. 82/2008 of May 20. To exercise this right, the Customer must contact Couto-Mixto. Only products in perfect condition, unused, complete with all components and original packaging will be accepted for return.

  15. All purchases made through Couto-Mixto’s Online Store are subject to Portuguese law. Any dispute or conflict regarding these Online Sales Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent Portuguese court.

  16. If the Customer is located outside mainland Portugal, it is hereby stated that any legal proceedings must be exclusively brought before the Portuguese courts.

  17. In accordance with Article 18 of Law no. 144/2015 of September 8, we inform that the available alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity is:
