TAU! creates a bridge between two distinct fields — oenology and art — opening up new possibilities for creative integration within the wine-making process.

Oenology: Each year, grapes are sourced from different vineyards, grape varieties, and lots, resulting in distinct profiles from one edition to the next — the opposite of what is typical in classic wines. Even so, consumers can be confident that the refined quality that defines every TAU! release is always maintained.

Art: Every edition of TAU! features a collaboration with a new artist, who is invited to take part in a project that integrates their creative ideas into the conceptual development of the final wine.
