Vínica Vinhão brings together the intensity of Vinhão with the natural liveliness of kombucha, made from the must of this grape variety, the most emblematic of the Vinho Verde reds. Alcohol-free and without preservatives, this kombucha shows structure, depth and a subtle tannic touch, balanced by freshness and fine effervescence. A bold interpretation of the Vinhão grape, reinvented through a new fermentation process.
