TAU! 2023 White

TAU! White 2023 is a wine crafted through a careful and meticulous process made possible only by the small scale of its production. The selected Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes come from two vineyards located in the municipality of Barcelos, in the Vinho Verde Region.
All bunches were hand-picked into small crates. The resulting musts were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. This was followed by an 11-month aging period on fine lees in stainless steel and used French oak barrels.

TAU! White 2023 is a wine with enveloping aromas. It is intense and luminous, with ripe acidity and well-integrated oak.
